This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee designated sales partners and branches within the sales regions of western and northeastern Germany, as well as Poland, focusing on material handling technology.
• Act as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries and matters.
• Proactively assist channel partners in finalizing sales agreements.
• Aid in the expansion of new business sectors and the identification of market opportunities.
• Track and assess market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
• Anticipate customer needs early and create requirement profiles for both current and future products.
• Organize and lead collaborative projects and solutions in conjunction with product management, development, marketing, and controlling teams.
• Independently manage and prepare quotations.
• Conduct negotiations within established guidelines until successful contract execution.
• A degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in the sales of technically complex capital goods.
• Preferably, familiarity with construction or material handling machinery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel for business approximately 30–50% of the time, along with the required flexibility.
