Area Sales Manager (Field Sales) – Crafts and Industry, Meat & Sausage Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of customer relationships and ensure thorough coverage of your designated field sales territory.

• Enhance and grow sales potential with current clients.

• Actively and autonomously seek out new clients in the meat and poultry sectors, the bakery industry, and the dairy sector.

• Engage in exciting development projects focused on industrial spice blends.

• Create strategies for expanding counter/deli business and bring them to fruition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training along with advanced qualifications as a master butcher (m/f/d).

• Several years of experience in selling spices to the meat and poultry industry, capable of engaging in technical discussions with clients on an equal footing.

• Essential industry knowledge; established connections with decision-makers among clients are advantageous.

• A modern, communicative, and persuasive sales professional with a customer-focused problem-solving approach.

• Creativity, adaptability, and strong self-motivation are key attributes.

• Negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proficient use of contemporary communication tools, particularly MS-Excel and field sales management software; familiarity with SAP is a bonus.

• Willingness to travel within the sales territory, including regular overnight stays.
