• You will identify and cultivate customer potential (trades, construction, energy suppliers) while actively fostering partnerships.
• You will conduct advisory and sales meetings (both remote and on-site) and manage the process through to successful closing.
• You will qualify inquiries, prepare proposals, and ensure prompt and reliable responses.
• You will manage and strategically grow existing customer relationships (including up-/cross-selling, framework agreements, and referral networks).
• You will monitor market trends and competitor activities, deriving actionable insights for your region.
• You will maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in B2B sales (either in field sales or a hybrid model) with a track record of successfully acquiring and closing deals.
• A fundamental technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, complemented by a strong customer focus.
• A structured approach to work, robust teamwork skills, and confidence in managing challenges.
• A valid driving license (Class B) and a willingness to travel for regional customer meetings.
• Fluency in German (C1).
