This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote and sell all Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians, and approved clients within the designated territory.
• Conduct in-person sales meetings with physicians, nurses, and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrate products, provide in-service training, and sell both capital and disposable items.
• Implement Sales Action Plans effectively.
• Strategically plan and execute sales visits to hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and physicians' offices.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions both within and outside the territory.
• Assist clinical staff regarding products used in surgical settings.
• Keep company assets and inventory in optimal condition.
• Report on competitive activities to the Region Manager.
• Maintain timely records and reports.
• Adhere to the Medtronic Surgical Technologies Quality System.
• Safely transport and manage demonstration equipment at customer locations.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven track record in medical sales, ideally with ENT products.
• Familiarity with the ENT product/therapy customer base.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Driving history will be reviewed as part of the application process.
• Capability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel, including about 50% overnight stays.
• Ability to maintain and transport demonstration equipment.
• Capacity to lift or move products weighing up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Proficiency in interacting with a computer for extended durations.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
