This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage in direct sales interactions with physicians, nurses, and other key decision-makers within the sales territory to showcase, provide in-service training, and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies capital and disposable products.

• Accountable for the effective implementation of Sales Action Plans.

• Strategically plan and carry out sales calls to all pertinent hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and physicians’ offices within the territory.

• Offer support and service to clinical staff concerning the Products in a surgical setting.

• Report competitive activities within the territory to the Region Manager and ensure the timely maintenance of all records and reports as requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience* OR an Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience* OR a Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience*

• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Proven track record in medical sales, ideally with ENT products.

• Familiarity with the ENT product/therapy customer base assigned.

• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Must be able to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, which may include overnight travel.
