📋 Description

• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with physicians, nurses, and other key decision-makers within the designated sales territory to showcase, in-service, and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies capital and disposable products.

• Responsible for effectively implementing Sales Action Plans.

• Strategize and successfully execute sales calls across all relevant hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and physicians' offices within the territory.

• Provide support and assistance to clinical staff regarding the Products in a surgical setting.

• Report competitive activities within the territory to the Region Manager and ensure all records and reports are maintained as requested in a timely manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with over 8 years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Associate's Degree with over 6 years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Bachelor's Degree with over 4 years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an active vehicle insurance policy.

• Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and those with experience at Medtronic.
