This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively seek and secure business clients within the structural shell/façade industry for our brands JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik.
• Oversee relationships with existing clients, including construction firms, precast concrete manufacturers, specialty building materials suppliers, steel distributors, and elevator companies.
• Identify and develop additional market opportunities, including the proactive promotion of new products.
• Engage in research activities pertinent to various projects.
• Offer customer assistance at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in technical consulting, application engineering, internal sales, and the estimating department.
• Completed technical or vocational training with a commercial focus, or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in the construction sector, particularly in selling consultative structural products, is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within your region and attend trade fairs, among other commitments.
• Proficient knowledge of ERP systems, preferably proALPHA.
• Strong customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and a pronounced sense of teamwork.
