This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You identify and develop customer potentials (craft, construction, energy supply) while actively establishing partnerships.
• You conduct consulting and sales discussions (both remote and on-site) and support the process until closure.
• You qualify inquiries, create offers, and ensure prompt, binding feedback.
• You strategically manage and develop existing customers (up/cross-selling, framework agreements, referral networks).
• You monitor market and competitive developments, deriving specific actions for your region from these insights.
• You meticulously document your pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and work with clear priorities.
• Experience in B2B sales (field sales or hybrid model) with proven success in building and closing deals.
• Basic technical understanding, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong customer orientation.
• Structured work approach, strong team spirit, and a confident handling of challenges.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for regional customer appointments.
• Fluent German skills (C1).
