📋 Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing alterations in order specifications, timelines, and product details within a fast-paced industry.

• Prepare and process customer orders to guarantee that products are manufactured and dispatched according to client expectations.

• Maintain pricing uniformity in accordance with established guidelines or client quotations.

• Collaborate with the Winpak Graphics Department to supply necessary information for customer graphic requests.

• Secure approval for any deviations from standard terms prior to accepting customer orders.

• Oversee territory inventory in alignment with company policies and specific agreements.

• Assist in the collection of receivables and ensure the accurate and prompt completion of expense reports.

• Communicate modifications in orders or requirements, such as lead times, product alterations, or order quantities, to both customers and the head office.

• Address customer complaints swiftly and coordinate corrective measures with the relevant personnel.

• Travel as needed within the assigned territory to optimize sales opportunities, deliver sales forecasts, and participate in trade shows and seminars, while adhering to budget and company policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business, Science, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience managing a territory with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, closing deals, and achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• More than 5 years of experience fostering long-term client relationships in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.

• At least 5 years of experience in a position that required developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to monitor sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.

• Proven knowledge of technical requirements for flexible and rigid packaging, particularly in the Food Processing sector.
