• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and reach out to sales prospects along with other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone inquiries for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether by phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for the swift funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: capable of achieving goals in alignment with company objectives;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is required, as driving is a key function of this role.
