• Deliver and articulate the company’s products and services to management across Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone inquiries for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, nurture, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether through phone calls or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Extensive knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a challenging sales position with a proven success record;
• Possess clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, setting appointments, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-driven: achieving objectives aligned with Company goals;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team;
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
