This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and connect with assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone inquiries related to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding processes, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-driven, aligning actions with company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
