This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to management levels across Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;

• Recognize sales opportunities and engage with these and other assigned accounts;

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;

• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;

• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone or in-person interactions, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;

• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited funding of contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;

• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;

• Comprehensive knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;

• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated history of success;

• Clear and effective presentation skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;

• Competent computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;

• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving alignment with company objectives;

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team;

• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;

• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a critical function.
