📋 Description

• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;

• Recognize sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;

• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;

• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding existing programs;

• Educate dealers about Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt contract funding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• High School diploma or equivalent is required;

• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;

• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;

• Clear and effective presentation abilities;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;

• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;

• Results-oriented, ensuring alignment with company objectives;

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team;

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;

• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role, as driving is a key function.
