This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new opportunities and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Ensure ongoing and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required;
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving objectives aligned with company goals;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is required for this role, as driving is a fundamental function.
