• Effectively present and convey the company's products and services to management across all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships, in person;
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities while managing assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone outreach to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and productive communication, through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
• College degree or relevant work experience (preferred);
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving Company objectives;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
