• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and efficient communication, either through phone calls or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A High School diploma or its equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a documented history of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales methodologies;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technology;
• Results-oriented approach, achieving goals aligned with Company objectives;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
