This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Effectively present and articulate the company's products and services to various levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and engage with sales prospects, as well as manage other accounts assigned to you;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone conversations for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either via phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for efficient funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
• College degree or comparable work experience (preferred);
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Effective presentation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-driven: achieving objectives in line with company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a fundamental function.
