This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Effectively present and convey the company’s products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, enhance, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether by phone or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for quick contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership is advantageous;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are required;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques is expected;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are necessary;
• Results-oriented mindset: focused on achieving alignment with Company objectives;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position, as driving is a key function.
