• Effectively present and convey information about the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone communications for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls or face-to-face interactions with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding procedures, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation abilities;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: ability to accomplish tasks in alignment with company objectives;
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is advantageous;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role, as driving is a key function.
