Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and articulate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;

• Identify and reach out to sales prospects, as well as other assigned accounts;

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;

• Build, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;

• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether by phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;

• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited funding of contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• High School diploma or equivalent is required;

• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;

• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership is beneficial;

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record;

• Clear and effective presentation abilities;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Knowledge of warm calling techniques, appointment setting, and sales strategies;

• Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies;

• Results-oriented, ensuring alignment with Company objectives;

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team;

• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
