This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Effectively present and articulate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships through in-person interactions;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these as well as other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Ensure consistent and effective communication, whether via phone or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding existing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated track record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills, clear and effective in delivery;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Robust computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset, aligned with company objectives;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
