This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the designated territory and drive sales with both existing and new clients.
• Expand the customer base and enhance market share.
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Create sales pipelines and ensure consistent progression and activity within them.
• Engage in cold calling and conduct on-site visits to customers.
• Execute a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, schedule 5 meetings each day, and conduct 2–3 meetings daily.
• Adapt and implement the company's sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all products offered.
• Educate customers regarding the product range, device indications, efficacy, safety, and benefits for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations in accordance with company protocols.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain strong business and customer relationships.
• Regularly visit accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Complete the entire sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce CRM through regular updates.
• Compile reports and participate in required calls and meetings.
• Assist in installations at customer sites following company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets set forth in annual and quarterly budgets.
• Provide timely forecasts and submit sales reports.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and other departments.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• Preferred 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales.
• Experience in selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to dermatologists, facial and plastic surgeons, and med spas.
• Demonstrated history of meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to foster relationships with prospects and clients.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively across all internal departments.
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Must primarily travel within the territory, with some travel across North America and internationally as needed.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory, with a minimum of 3 nights per week depending on territory.
• Willingness to travel outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
• Ability to relocate for potential growth opportunities.
