This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets for the designated region.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to create sales objectives and strategies tailored to the local market.
• Oversee the intricate sales process of the AquaBeam System to both new and existing hospitals.
• Foster clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and marketing events.
• Cultivate surgeon and administrative backing for Aquablation therapy.
• Identify key institutions, raise market awareness, and drive sales within the assigned territory.
• Transition initial sales and installations to the Aquablation sales team to enhance procedural volume and growth.
• Establish initial contact with CEOs and senior hospital administrators.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts for the defined region.
• Articulate AquaBeam’s value proposition to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to prioritize customer relationships for corporate partnerships.
• Work alongside Customer Service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Complete necessary sales reports and maintain contact and facility records in the PROCEPT CRM system.
• Assist in resolving product complaints and safety issues.
• Adhere to organizational policies, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act policies.
• Maintain credentials for hospitals and medical facilities.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
• Execute pipeline activities and events according to the Capital Playbook.
• Maintain trained status and comply with the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System.
• Follow PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited and reputable institution.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room.
• Experience in a start-up company selling disruptive surgical technology.
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic region.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through previous professional performance, sports, professional clubs, or associations.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to establish and maintain credentials necessary to work in hospitals and medical facilities.
• Compliance with FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, Sunshine Act policies, Quality Management System requirements, Quality policies, and EHS policies.
