This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Continuously enhances intimate insights and knowledge of the market and customers within the territory.
• The ASM will conduct environmental analysis, competitor intelligence, and customer needs assessments.
• The ASM must be a highly organized self-starter with elevated work standards to meet established sales revenue and gross margin targets.
• Executes the plans for all segments; optimizes for Owens Corning and the customer
• Identifies and delivers distinctive value for OC and our customers
• Develops and executes customer operating strategies with a three-year vision
• Establishes robust and productive high, wide, and deep customer relationships
• Experience in the roofing/building materials sector preferred.
• Proven ability to cultivate a sale from initial contact to closure
• Experience operating across geographic and cultural boundaries
• Capability to market, educate, and sell new products and services; attracting new clientele.
• Strong experience delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations
• Knowledge and Skills: Proven ability to develop an in-depth understanding of customers, competition, and the market.
• Knowledge of building science
• Proven ability to establish strong customer relationships
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
