• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus
• Demonstrated sales leadership experience in diagnostic or molecular testing (5+ years)
• Over 10 years of sales experience in diagnostic testing, molecular testing, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with MRD or similar technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of oncology specialties is an advantage
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 70%
