This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Identify and qualify new dealers through phone calls, on-site visits, auction participation, and referrals within the designated region.
• Participate in auctions to promote Kinetic Advantage and facilitate new floorplan applications, activations, and loans.
• Attend meetings hosted by State Independent Dealer Associations.
• Forge partnerships with complementary businesses to create a referral program.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, dealer applications, activations, and floorplanned units.
• Implement follow-up procedures and maintain updates on prospective dealer leads and contacts in the database.
• Collaborate with ASMs and DRMs to assess target areas and dealers.
• Assemble and evaluate new dealer application packages and complete dealer profile forms for underwriting purposes.
• Deliver customer service from the initial dealer interaction through application, approval, activation, and onboarding processes.
• Observe competitors and their programs within the region.
• Relay dealer and market insights to the Regional Vice President of National Sales.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Candidates must reside in the Seattle area.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in or with auto dealerships is required.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is essential.
• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation are necessary.
• Capability to build and sustain business relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Alignment with the company’s vision and strategic initiatives is important.
• A consultative sales approach is preferred.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer with a proactive "hunter mentality."
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Clear communication skills are essential.
• Ability to endure extended periods in vehicles during market visits.
• Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods, exceeding 4 hours.
• Ability to competently perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
