This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and qualify new dealers through phone outreach, site visits, auction attendance, and referrals.
• Participate in auctions to promote Kinetic Advantage and facilitate new floorplan applications, activations, and loans.
• Attend meetings of State Independent Dealer Associations to advocate for Kinetic Advantage.
• Build partnerships with complementary businesses to create a referral program.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for calls, dealer applications, activations, and floorplanned units.
• Implement follow-up processes and maintain updates on prospective dealer leads and contacts within the system.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Dealer Relationship Managers to analyze target areas and dealers.
• Assemble and assess new dealer application packages and complete dealer profile forms for underwriting.
• Deliver customer support from the initial dealer contact through application submission, approval, activation, and onboarding.
• Track competitors and their programs via trade publications, dealer conversations, and market promotions.
• Relay dealer and market insights to the Regional Vice President of National Sales.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in or with automobile dealerships.
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain business relationships.
• Capability to work independently.
• Alignment with the company’s vision and ongoing initiatives.
• Consultative sales approach.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer with a “hunter mentality.”

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Capacity to ride in vehicles during market visits for extended durations.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods, exceeding 4 hours.
• Ability to work outdoors under varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
