This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify and qualify new dealers through phone outreach, visits to lots, attendance at auctions, and referrals within the designated region.
• Participate in auctions to promote Kinetic Advantage and facilitate new applications, activations, and loans for floorplans.
• Attend meetings hosted by the State Independent Dealer Association to advocate for Kinetic Advantage.
• Forge partnerships with complementary businesses to establish a referral program.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for calls, dealer applications, activations, and floorplanned units.
• Maintain follow-up protocols and update prospective dealer leads and contacts within the system.
• Collaborate and strategize with ASMs and DRMs to assess target areas and dealers.
• Compile and evaluate new dealer application packages and complete dealer profile forms for underwriting purposes.
• Deliver customer service from the initial dealer interaction to application submission, approval, activation, and onboarding.
• Monitor competitors and their offerings through trade publications, conversations with dealers, and promotional initiatives.
• Relay dealer and market insights to the Regional Vice President of National Sales.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Candidate must reside in the Denver area.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in or with auto dealerships is required.
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry are essential.
• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation are necessary.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain robust business relationships.
• Capability to work independently while aligning with the company's vision and initiatives.
• A consultative approach to sales is expected.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer with a proactive "hunter mentality."
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are needed.
• Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or similar software is essential.
• Strong customer-centric focus is necessary.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Clear communication skills are necessary.
• Capability to endure extended periods in vehicles during market visits.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel for extended durations, exceeding 4 hours.
• Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Access to training, programs, and technology necessary to achieve dealer growth and activation objectives.
