This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the intricate sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems for both new hospital implementations and upgrades in existing facilities.
• Foster support among surgeons and hospital administration for da Vinci® Surgery.
• Identify major institutions, enhance market visibility, and drive sales of the da Vinci® Surgical System within a designated sales territory.
• Successfully manage the transition from the initial sale and installation to the sales team to stimulate procedural volume and growth.
• Meet quarterly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the da Vinci® Area Sales Director to create a sales strategy for the local territory.
• Establish surgical advocacy teams at each hospital.
• Initiate contact and build relationships with CEOs and senior hospital administrators.
• Organize and oversee the sales process.
• Acquire knowledge of primary operating room procedures.
• Develop a compelling business case for system purchase.
• Address contractual issues and coordinate system installation following purchase approval.
• Manage all communications and administrative follow-up.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or capital sales.
• Familiarity with the operating room environment.
• Demonstrated successful history in capital medical equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
• Experience in sales management is a plus.
