This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Increase sales and surpass annual sales and territory goals.
• Drive sales with designated key accounts.
• Assist distributors in their sales initiatives.
• Travel frequently (about 50-60%) and stay overnight as required.
• Formulate and implement a business/sales strategy to achieve assigned sales and revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute plans to surpass sales targets within the territory.
• Utilize air audit and AirSuite tools to uncover opportunities.
• Conduct lunch and learn sessions for high-volume end user groups.
• Investigate and pinpoint hard-to-reach customers and potential projects through market research tools.
• Log and monitor activities in the CRM system.
• Maintain consistent communication with Sales Management and Product Management.
• Relay and implement marketing initiatives and product updates to end users and distributors/channel partners.
• Oversee daily sales operations and distributor/channel partner relationships.
• Offer sales assistance to distributors/channel partners and end users.
• Propel distributor performance to meet or exceed program and territory metrics, goals, and objectives.
• Share market trends, product suggestions, and competitive insights with sales and product management.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or business diploma along with relevant work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales Leadership with a proven history of meeting sales goals.
• Strong experience in direct sales to industrial end users is REQUIRED.
• Experience with air compressors is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding market territory.
• Experience in channel/distributor account management and development.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or similar.
• Capability to communicate professionally with all organizational levels, including both internal and external clients.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking); conversational French at a minimum.
