• Meeting sales revenue targets within the designated territory
• Collaborating effectively with fellow commercial team members and cross-functional departments
• Acting as the primary contact for comprehensive commercialization
• Creating and implementing business strategies
• Leading clinical and technical product presentations
• Presenting and negotiating options for capital acquisition
• Overseeing post-sales installation, support, and user adoption
• Engaging in business development and educational initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a Healthcare-related discipline
• At least 7 years of sales or clinical experience in the medical device sector
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of disruptive capital equipment
• Proven track record of building and sustaining strong sales relationships
• Ability to fulfill all hospital credentialing prerequisites, including but not limited to, background checks, drug screenings, and certain vaccinations
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license
• Willingness and capability to travel (by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays) over 75% of the time
