This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role with a demonstrated track record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales methodologies;
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving goals aligned with company objectives;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
