This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Present and convey the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
• College degree or relevant work experience (preferred);
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales strategies;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-driven attitude: accomplishing tasks in alignment with Company objectives;
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a key function.
