This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify potential sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation required for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales industries.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership.
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role with a proven record of success.
• Excellent presentation skills that are clear and effective.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable in warm calling, appointment setting, and effective sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Results-oriented, focused on achieving goals in accordance with company objectives.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this position, as driving is an essential function.
