This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers within the designated market area.
• Increase the company's market presence by onboarding new dealers, enhancing existing relationships, and promoting the awareness and use of the company's lending programs.
• Inform dealers about all components of the company's lending programs and how to optimize their benefits.
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure quality business from current dealers and boost program engagement.
• Grow and develop the assigned territory by locating and signing new dealerships.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, make cold calls, and respond to incoming dealership inquiries to foster relationships and secure business.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer retention.
• Complete and submit documentation to monitor and evaluate set goals.
• Promote teamwork with colleagues and management to meet business plan targets.
• Engage in special projects and take on additional tasks as required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, particularly in sub-prime auto financing.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience within the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer connections.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative, recognizing needs, proposing enhancements, following through on recommendations, and assessing their effectiveness.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities: approachable and diplomatic, capable of influencing others, managing conflicts effectively, exercising good judgment, handling sensitive and confidential information, engaging with all organizational levels, and forming cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player who can adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, with a solid understanding of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; capable of swiftly learning new software as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple conflicting demands.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work from a home office.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including by vehicle and air, with an expectation of 75% travel, overnight stays, and extended hours.
• Capability to communicate effectively and accurately.
• Close visual acuity for data analysis, computer terminal viewing, and extensive reading.
