This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers in the designated market area.
• Enhance the company’s market presence by onboarding new dealers, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting awareness and adoption of the company’s lending programs.
• Inform dealers about all aspects of the company’s lending programs and how to leverage their benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure quality business from current dealers and boost program usage.
• Develop and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, make cold calls, and respond to incoming dealership inquiries to foster relationships and generate business.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer retention.
• Complete and submit documentation to monitor and evaluate set goals.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to achieve business plan targets.
• Engage in special projects and undertake additional assignments as necessary.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in sales, preferably within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with the local market and established relationships with customers is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative, identifying needs, recommending improvements, implementing changes, and assessing effectiveness.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: approachable and tactful, capable of influencing others, managing conflicts effectively, exercising sound judgment, handling sensitive and confidential information, interacting with all organizational levels, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in computer skills with a solid understanding of internet and standard business applications like Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to operate from a home office.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including vehicle and air travel, approximately 75% of the time, with overnight trips and extended hours expected.
• Capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and audibly, to exchange accurate information.
• Close visual acuity required for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing computer screens, and extensive reading.
