Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with clinicians across various levels to discuss the scientific principles of BHD testing and its role in enhancing diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease (CVD).

• Showcase product features and advantages to clinical stakeholders employing effective sales techniques such as probing, qualifying, needs assessment, supporting, and closing.

• Sustain and expand current accounts while pursuing new account development to achieve growth objectives.

• Demonstrate the ability to convert clients in competitive sales environments.

• Encourage new accounts to transition from trial users to full adopters.

• Manage the territory efficiently.

• Leverage all available resources to drive business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Science-related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, and/or Pharmaceutical sectors, particularly focusing on the cardiovascular domain.

• Proven record of outstanding sales performance and experience in managing multi-level accounts is essential.

• A history of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• A valid Driver’s License is required.
