This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate closely with existing accounts while actively pursuing and acquiring new customers.
• Serve as a consultant to assist customers in successfully buying and selling products via the bidadoo platform.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and drive revenue growth profitably within their territories.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities for weekly auctions and marketplace through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, advertising, and direct mail campaigns.
• Develop and implement a continuous strategic plan to effectively manage and grow the assigned territory, enhancing growth and profitability.
• Advise customers on the assessment and sales forecasts of machinery and equipment.
• Communicate effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with bidadoo's values and brand promise.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated sales experience, including outside or field sales.
• Established track record of revenue generation through proactive lead generation and consultative selling approaches.
• Possess outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Exhibit strong business presentation skills.
• Competence in basic computer skills and applications is essential.
• Relevant background in areas such as new and used equipment sales, equipment rental, business valuation and appraisal consulting, equipment auctions, etc., is advantageous.
• Experience and familiarity with internet technologies and sales are preferred.
