This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate existing business relationships while identifying new opportunities by leveraging relevant knowledge and domain expertise to assist partners and customers.
• Provide support to designated customers and the Sales organization throughout the sales process in your designated region.
• Demonstrate your expertise by engaging in sales strategy discussions for your assigned area, concentrating on both short-term and long-term objectives, as well as achieving established sales targets.
• Develop and implement the sales plan for the region in collaboration with partners and customers, driving demand for the UK drives business within the local sales unit.
• Assess customer needs and competitor offerings using general market data and insights from the Sales organization.
• Ensure effective marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches) and communication with the Sales organization and customers, articulating the value proposition of the drives portfolio.
• Assist the Sales organization and customers in identifying the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions, as well as in preparing competitive and strategic offers.
• Proven ability to showcase experience in driving sales growth, developing new business, selective hunting, and managing accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong focus on customers and the market, with the ability to effectively position the portfolio in a competitive landscape.
• Capacity to collaborate efficiently across sales teams and various functions.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred experience with automation equipment such as drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship will be provided.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
