This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the Area Retention Manager in the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of sales activities for a designated AAM Pod.
• Optimize sales volume and promote targeted profitable growth.
• Provide both individual and team-oriented sales coaching and training, including shadowing and reviewing inbound call recordings.
• Assist area and business unit sales leadership with pricing strategies, business plans, and team engagement efforts.
• Supervise sales professionals while participating in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management processes.
• Ensure the effective execution of pricing initiatives and the attainment of budgeted pricing goals.
• Manage Book of Business assignments in collaboration with the Area Retention Manager.
• Oversee and approve weekly timesheets and enforce the Attendance Policy.
• Authorize PTO requests.
• Prepare and assess Performance Improvement Plans and disciplinary documentation alongside the Area Retention Manager.
• Manage customer onboarding processes, cases, credits, and quote approvals.
• Train and coach Customer Zeal with an emphasis on First Call Resolution.
• Prioritize customer retention through high-quality calls, escalated cases, and building relationships with business unit operations teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of the Company’s Contact Relationship Management tool.
• Maintain accountability for sales objectives, key metrics, and budget fulfillment.
• Analyze market behavior and competitive trends while proactively managing the customer base.
• Stay informed about services, lines of business, and pricing structures.
• Promote additional services to commercial and industrial clients to enhance targeted revenue.
• Complete mandatory sales reports.
• Assist in reviewing Customer Service Agreements for terms, conditions, pricing, and accuracy.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as needed.
• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of two years of progressive experience in a sales position.
• Experience in training, mentoring, coaching, establishing standards, and/or serving as a resource for others.
• Valid driver’s license.
