Area Retail Associate – MP CG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to multiple SIS with their daily operational needs.

• Monitor and track SIS-level KPIs.

• Aid SIS staff in reaching sales objectives by enhancing service and selling capabilities.

• Evaluate SIS performance and communicate insights to the Area Sales Manager.

• Ensure consistent implementation of VM standards across all SIS.

• Collaborate with the VM team for the execution of seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches.

• Conduct audits of SIS display quality and develop corrective action plans.

• Assist SIS with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and shrinkage management.

• Identify fast and slow-moving products and help balance stock across stores.

• Report stock shortages and discrepancies to the Area Manager.

• Provide on-floor training for both new and existing Retail Associates.

• Reinforce expectations regarding product knowledge, customer service, and selling techniques.

• Facilitate performance coaching for SIS staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 25 years of experience in retail operations.

• Experience in managing multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail positions is a plus.

• This is a field-based role requiring daily and weekly travel to assigned stores.

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and during peak retail seasons.

• Preferred educational background: Graduate in Business, Retail, or Marketing.
