This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Act as the operations business manager for the West region.
• Collaborate closely with Area Sales leadership as a trusted liaison, contributing to business reviews, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and other important initiatives.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Area business trends, pricing, rebates, and contracts to provide actionable analyses and insights through thorough workups and diligent account assessments.
• Produce strategic insights for management decisions through ad hoc analyses, reporting, and scenario modeling.
• Consolidate and transform intricate data and analyses into engaging presentations that effectively communicate results, recommendations, and insights to management.
• Oversee Sales Enablement platforms, managing systems onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive strategic sales enablement initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes through collaboration with key partners such as Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Physician Training, and IT.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, with 8+ years of prior experience in sales operations, business strategy, and/or financial planning, or equivalent work experience as per Edwards criteria.
• Availability to work Area local hours.
