Area Manager, Prosthetics – DWF/Austin Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales goals for lower limb prosthetic products within the designated territory.

• Deliver scheduled sales presentations to orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) practitioners and other healthcare professionals to advocate for the use of prosthetic products.

• Leverage TSM to create and execute strategic solutions aimed at fostering profitable growth within the territory.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with clinical decision-makers, including prosthetists and various medical professionals.

• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate and implement competitive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a life science or business-related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct field sales experience, preferably with medical or healthcare-related products.

• Proven track record of achieving 100% sales quota attainment for at least two years as a sales professional.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in conducting field sales training and presenting at national or regional sales meetings.
