• Balance revenue growth with cost control and operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear visibility and oversight of regional performance.
• Align regional execution with the overall Direct Supply strategy.
• **Relevant Experience.** 5–7 years of proven success in hotel contracting, travel distribution, or B2B travel sales.
• **Leadership Experience.** Demonstrated experience in managing a commercial team with full revenue accountability.
• **Negotiation Skills.** Strong negotiation skills with independent hotels and regional chains.
• **Commercial Performance.** Proven record of consistently achieving revenue growth against established targets.
• **Commercial Acumen.** High level of commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into strategic actions.
• **Stakeholder Management.** Strong capability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• **Work Environment Adaptability.** Experience thriving in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
• **Language Skills.** Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Turkish, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
