📋 Description

• Take ownership of regional revenue objectives across all Mediterranean markets.

• Enhance performance in established markets while fostering growth in emerging ones.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy tailored to varying market maturities.

• Balance revenue enhancement with margin preservation and operational efficiency.

• Identify and prioritize significant opportunities throughout the region.

• Ensure an appropriate contract mix that aligns with market maturity and demand.

• Strengthen partnerships with key hotels and regional collaborators.

• Recognize supply gaps and spearhead targeted acquisitions when necessary.

• Continuously refine portfolio performance and eliminate inefficiencies.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Mediterranean markets and prominent destinations.

• Adjust strategies based on local market dynamics and demand trends.

• Monitor competitors, pricing, and distribution strategies closely.

• Identify risks promptly and take action before performance is affected.

• Lead multiple regional teams across various markets and maturity levels.

• Foster clarity, structure, and trust within teams.

• Establish clear KPIs and performance expectations.

• Promote accountability, speed, and consistency among teams.

• Manage and develop regional leaders.

• Take decisive actions to address underperformance.

• Drive activation and growth in newer or less developed areas.

• Support the optimization of pricing, availability, and competitiveness.

• Focus on scaling top-performing partners while activating those who underperform.

• Balance revenue growth with cost control and operational efficiency.

• Maintain clear visibility and oversight of regional performance.

• Align regional execution with the overall Direct Supply strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Relevant Experience.** 5–7 years of proven success in hotel contracting, travel distribution, or B2B travel sales.

• **Leadership Experience.** Demonstrated experience in managing a commercial team with full revenue accountability.

• **Negotiation Skills.** Strong negotiation skills with independent hotels and regional chains.

• **Commercial Performance.** Proven record of consistently achieving revenue growth against established targets.

• **Commercial Acumen.** High level of commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into strategic actions.

• **Stakeholder Management.** Strong capability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.

• **Work Environment Adaptability.** Experience thriving in fast-paced, target-driven settings.

• **Language Skills.** Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Turkish, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
