This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively manage and grow the current customer base within your sales territory (Stuttgart area)
• Focused acquisition of new clients in the on-trade sector
• Accompany export managers from our Italian partners on key customer visits
• Close collaboration and joint planning of visits with headquarters
• Execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to enhance customer loyalty
• Conduct market surveillance and competitor assessments
• Record and process orders through our advanced SAP system
• Demonstrated experience in field sales, preferably in wine, gourmet foods, or premium FMCG
• Strong passion for Italian culinary traditions
• Experience collaborating with external sales partners (e.g., agencies)
• Independent, organized, and goal-driven approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
• Proficient English skills (necessary for working with export managers and international partners)
• Knowledge of Italian is a significant advantage
• Willing to travel within your designated region
