Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the performance and profitability of stores, including revenue, margins, staffing costs, inventory, and operational expenses.

• Actively seek out opportunities to increase sales, enhance processes, and optimize costs.

• Plan and assess KPIs, analyze data, and provide regular performance reports.

• Guide and develop Store Managers through coaching, constructive feedback, and tailored personal development plans.

• Recognize talent within your stores and establish a systematic approach for their development.

• Ensure that operational quality and customer experience consistently align with brand standards.

• Supervise visual merchandising, cleanliness, stock replenishment, and adherence to processes.

• Take responsibility for inventory outcomes and work towards reducing losses in your area.

• Serve as a vital partner in retail projects, from the planning phase to launch.

• Assist with new store openings by managing staffing, training, and operational setup.

• Act as a liaison between HQ and stores, effectively communicating priorities and changes.

• Collaborate across departments, including buying, marketing, HR, logistics, and expansion teams.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, as well as health & safety and operational standards.

• Represent the brand and cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a multi-site retail management position (Area Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent).

• Strong commercial insight — comfortable with P&L, KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.

• A natural leader who fosters development in others and builds trust quickly.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.

• Hands-on and field-focused — you lead from the front rather than from behind a desk.

• Valid driving license (category B) and a willingness to travel frequently within your area.
