Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• You will identify and recruit insurance intermediaries registered in sections A and B of the RUI;

• You will define commercial targets, assess performance, and ensure business objectives are met;

• You will train the network;

• You will manage daily contact with intermediaries, supported by the back-office team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the property damage branch;

• Strong knowledge of both motor and non-motor insurance products;

• Pragmatic approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong results orientation;

• Excellent communication skills and sales ability;

• A degree;

• Direct references;

• Experience in other property damage branches;

• Proficiency in English;

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
