📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and assist Centre Directors in providing high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable services.

• Promote operational excellence in areas such as occupancy, workforce stability, budgeting, and key performance indicators.

• Integrate robust compliance, governance, and child safety practices that adhere to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with Education, People & Culture, and central support teams to enhance capability and organizational culture.

• Forge strong community and stakeholder relationships to enhance enrolments, reputation, and growth.
