Area Finding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage paid Facebook advertising campaigns across all missions within an Area, ensuring ad effectiveness is optimized.

• Develop targeted audience segments and refine campaigns to enhance lead generation, reduce cost per lead, and achieve key performance indicators.

• Customize static ads and work alongside social media leaders and content creators to produce localized high-intent advertising materials.

• Assist missionaries in producing selfie videos and other localized video content.

• Modify effective advertising strategies in collaboration with ad specialists from the Finding Support Center and provide assistance with video editing tasks.

• Educate social media leaders and referral secretaries on best practices for initial contact, media referrals, mission/zone pages, message ads, and personal-profile lead generation.

• Analyze mission ad performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Provide support to Area Mission Specialists with relevant information, training, and solutions for local social media challenges.

• Collaborate with Area Mission Specialists to discuss mission outcomes and requirements.

• Partner with the Worldwide Finding team to exchange best practices, assess outcomes, set goals, conduct pilots, and engage in other initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a returned missionary.

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education.

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.

• Demonstrated success in using Facebook Pages and Personal Profiles to generate leads.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects that involve multilateral support, training, and coordination across diverse languages and cultures.

• Access to a reliable computer.

• Stable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• Need a professional, distraction-free remote work setting.

• Preferred: Experience in developing paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
